The Defense Human Resources Activity, located in Washington DC, is requesting written capability statements for the provision of Legislative Monitoring Services. Responses are due on May 22nd, 2012. More information about this opportunity can be found below:
“This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements stated in the attached PWS may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirements. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice (see below). Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contracts based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
This procurement is being conducted under negotiated procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 15. Please see the attached PWS for a description of the requirements.
